Your new role

• You will be responsible for steering service delivery management within the APAC region.

• To act as a liaison and advisor between Group and local technology teams.

• Ensure the deployment of company's IT strategies, frameworks, services and solutions.

• To report & facilitate vendor relationships to drive the adoption of company's policies.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services, ITIL principles, modern workplace technologies and service delivery processes.

• Strong leadership and people management skills, especially in a multicultural environment.

• Able to manage crises, lead projects and drive change.

• Fluent in English with Mandarin and Cantonese as a bonus.
