Your new role
  • Active participation in designing and implementation of our global Open Text Documentum cloud platform.
  • Implementation of general requirements through configuration or development as part of the product service.
  • Communication to regional iPB’s in business language to identify requirements and prepare them for further realisation.
  • Driving sustainable solutions to business specifications and user stories.
  • Supporting of project post-go-live activities (hyper care phase) and daily maintenance of service.
  • Involvement in technical expertise sharing with team members.
  • Playing a role as technical expert for cloud-based Documentum solutions.


What you'll need to succeed
    • A senior IT Cloud Specialist with a strong background in cloud knowledge.
    • Well proficient in Infrastructure for the network firewall setting (Terraform)
    • Experience in the Docker & Kubernetes Or Helm Chart - Documentum cloud version
    • Support on cloud specific topics
    • Proficient in document management or any different cloud platform
  • Familiar with Agile environment/ methodologies
