- Develop and implement trade marketing plans aligned with brand strategies.
- Monitor and analyse trade promotions effectiveness and provide recommendations.
- Coordinate in store promoters activities, road shows, and events.
- Promote and analyse promoters ROI, mechanics and achievements.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support key accounts and retail partners.
- Work closely with the sales team to enhance product visibility and additional touchpoints.
- Provide on-site training to stakeholders, sub-distributors and sales people.
- Produce, manage, and monitor the printing materials.
- Adaptation of key visuals for different displays.
- Plan and manage in-store merchandising strategies to improve product visibility.
- Manda trade marketing budgets and optimise spending for maximum ROI.What you'll need to succeed
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Science/Marketing/Business Management or equivalent.What you'll get in return
