Your new role
As the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will oversee inventory management, inbound and outbound logistics, and warehouse organisation to ensure efficient operations. You will optimise storage layouts, streamline workflows, and coordinate with suppliers, production teams, and logistics partners to enhance supply chain performance. Additionally, you will enforce safety, hygiene, and compliance standards while driving process improvements to boost productivity and cost efficiency. Your leadership will be key in maintaining a well-structured and high-performing warehouse and logistics team.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Extensive hands-on experience in FMCG Warehouse & Logistics Management/Operations – must-have.
  • Hands-on process and system improvement implementation experience across warehouse & logistics operations (reduce lead time, improve HSE practices, inventory management, etc.)
  • Warehouse space and design optimisation experience (warehouse migration experience is an added advantage)
  • Vendor management and cost analysis experience
  • Streamline SOP/KPI and working instructions to improve operations.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Willing to work in Klang Valley.
  • Open to Malaysians only.
